Kualifikasi :
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Engineering.
- Professional certification in project management or renewable energy (PLTS) maintenance is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the maintenance and operation of solar power plants or other renewable energy industries.
- Experience in a leadership or project management role.
- Deep knowledge of solar power systems, including key components such as PV modules, inverters, and batteries.
- Proficiency in using electrical measuring tools such as multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers.
- Willing to be placed in Tuban, East Java.
