Managerial Responsibilities

  • Train the Renewable Energy team on customer engagement and sales techniques to build team capabilities.
  • Lead and support the project sales team by developing their product knowledge, sales strategy, and negotiation skills to maximize performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide personalized coaching to ensure team goals align with company expectations.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities (products, pricing, stock, etc.) to support strategic decision-making and increase market share.
  • Manage and optimize stock levels and product availability across market segments to meet customer needs.
  • Implement the Sales Effectiveness Programme (SEP), including regular project reviews and sales performance analysis.
  • Identify and promote the department’s unique selling points based on market and competitor insights.
  • Oversee project execution to ensure customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with marketing to align sales tools and campaigns with market needs.
  • Work with the technical team to maintain the product’s competitive edge.
  • Manage projects end-to-end by aligning client requirements with internal teams to ensure successful and timely delivery.

Commercial Responsibilities

  • Develop a business strategy and portfolio for the solar energy segment in Indonesia, aligned with regional and local market trends.
  • Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving targets.
  • Monitor outstanding payments monthly to reduce bad debt risks and improve cash flow.
  • Analyze customer business needs and structure to offer tailored technical and commercial solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to boost trust in the brand and enhance Lapp’s market presence.
