Kualifikasi Umum
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree of Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering or related;
- Strong background in semiconductor physics and surface passivation;
- Has experience with PV R&D lab, TOPCon/SHJ/PERC, IEC reliability testing or advanced silicon solar cells is preferred;
- Fluent in English;
- Strong experimental design, data-analysis, logical thinking and good initiative;
- Industry-oriented mindset with cost awareness;
- Willing to join immediately and work in Batang, Central Java.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and optimize tunnel oxide (TOx) and passivation layers;
- Research new tunneling and interface materials for TOPCon cells;
- Improve cell efficiency parameters (Voc, iVoc, J0, stability);
- Design and fabricate mini-modules for TOPCon/HJT solar cells;
- Develop cost-effective electrode technologies (Ag reduction, Cu-based routes);
- Conduct TLM, contact resistance, FF analysis and reliability testing (UV, PID, LID, TC, Damp Heat);
- Writing patents and journal publications;
- Report technical progress to CTO.
