- 5+ years in business analysis, project management, or operations planning, preferably within the automotive, energy, or EV industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving large-scale operational projects.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
- Excellent project management capabilities with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop a comprehensive Battery Swapping Station (BSS) expansion plan to support Electrum’s growth strategy.
- Analyze transaction data to identify optimal locations for new Battery Swapping Station installations and ensure alignment with user demand.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing Battery Swapping Station locations to refine deployment strategies.
- Supervise the progress of Battery Swapping Station installations, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Engage with landowners to secure agreements for Battery Swapping Station installations at high-potential locations.
- Ensure legal and contractual compliance during negotiations and agreements.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and business development teams to ensure the seamless execution of the expansion plan.
- Coordinate with marketing and community engagement teams to build awareness around new Battery Swapping Station locations.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track the progress of Battery Swapping Station deployment and transaction performance.
- Provide actionable insights to management for decision-making and strategy refinement.
