Kualifikasi Umum
- At least 1 year of project management experience in the solar PV or related industry, with the ability to manage small to medium-sized PV projects.
- Basic understanding of PV solar systems with foundational knowledge.
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills, capable of effectively coordinating all parties involved in the project.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to maintain good working relationships with clients and partners.
- Must be a local Indonesian with Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the power or renewable energy industry is preferred.
- Experience using basic project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) is preferred.

- Oversee the overall management of PV solar projects, including project planning, execution, progress control, and delivery.
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the project is implemented according to plan and complies with local regulations and standards.
- Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring the project is completed within the specified time frame and budget.
- Provide technical support and resolve common issues encountered during the project to ensure the system operates stably.
- Assess project risks and propose corresponding solutions to ensure smooth project progress.
