Kualifikasi Umum
• D3/D4/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in Solar PV or electrical projects
• Strong understanding of Solar PV systems and components
• Willing to perform site visits and field work
Technical Skills:
• Solar PV system design & analysis
• Inverter and battery configuration (LiFePO4)
• Electrical protection, grounding, and cable sizing
• Software: AutoCAD, PVSyst and ETAP (preferred)
• Able to read and prepare SingleLine Diagram
• Prepare BOQ estimation and cost analysis for project budgets
Soft Skills:
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork
• Time management and attention to detail
