Kualifikasi Umum
- D3 or Bachelor in Engineering.
- Experience with solar PV installation/O&M.
- Able to understand project documentation such as as-built drawings, electrical schematics, technical datasheets, user manuals, and HSSE rules.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa and English effectively (verbal and written).
- Able to work fast, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Team player who can work proactively under minimum supervision.
- Knowledge in electric power, construction methods, building codes, grid codes, and government regulations is preferred.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitor solar PV plants performance on a regular basis.
- Perform troubleshooting if there is any fault, alarm, or damage in any of the PV plants.
- Plan and execute site-specific preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance (periodic check & inspection visit, PV module cleaning, troubleshooting, tools and manpower required, etc.).
- Work with a team of technicians/workers when performing on-site O&M activities.
- Assist Project/PV Engineers in performing testing and commissioning to ensure a successful project handover to the client.
- Create and develop O&M manuals/SOPs, technical proposals, forms, and checklists.
- Create and develop activity reports after performing O&M activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and SMSolar partners/vendors.
