Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Experience: more than 8 years in solar PV engineering, with at least 3 years in EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of PV system design tools (AutoCAD, Pvsyst, Helioscope, ETAP, or similar).
- Proven understanding of electrical systems (LV/MV/HV), grid interconnection, and protection systems.
- Familiarity with structural/civil integration for mounting systems.
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Professional certification preferred (e.g., PLN SKA/SKT, K3 Electrical, PMP is a plus).
- Willingness to travel and be based on-site when required.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Project Engineering & Design: Lead end-to-end engineering design for utility-scale and C&I solar EPC projects; Develop conceptual, preliminary, and detailed PV system designs (layouts, single-line diagrams, cable sizing, etc.); Conduct technical due diligence, feasibility studies, and yield assessments.
- Technical Coordination: Interface with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure alignment on technical requirements; Review and approve drawings, BOQ, and engineering documents prepared by junior engineers/drafters; Collaborate with procurement to evaluate equipment specifications (modules, inverters, structures, BESS integration).
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure designs comply with local regulations, PLN/grid interconnection standards, and international codes (IEC, IEEE, NEC); Support permitting and certification processes.
- Project Execution Support: Provide technical guidance during construction, commissioning, and troubleshooting phases; Conduct site visits to validate design implementation and quality assurance.
- Innovation & Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost optimization, performance improvement, and integration of new technologies (tracking systems, hybrid solar + storage); Mentor junior engineers and contribute to capability development.
