- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Physics Engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on PV system operations and maintenance
- Thorough understanding of PV system components, performance monitoring, and fault diagnosis
- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of relevant software tools for asset management
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Over final stages of PLTS project construction and commissioning, with periodic visits as required.
- Schedule routine maintenance for PLTS (Preventive Maintenance).
- Schedule non-routine maintenance for PLTS (Corrective Maintenance).
- Coordinate with O&M contractors for routine inspections and maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies for Solar Power Plants (PLTS).
- Experience for PLTS systems for Troubleshooting related to electrical, hardware, software failures.
- Conduct risk assessments to mitigate potential failures or downtime.
- Implement condition monitoring techniques like vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis.
- Through understanding of warranty procedures for major equipment (panels, inverters, electrical equipment).
- Experience with Inverter software to pull data for monthly billing.
- Maintain warehousing stocks at client location, EPC warehouse and company warehouse.
- Prepare, update and maintain standard operating procedures and maintenance plans.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for PLTS.
- Create reports for corrective maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and analyze data from sensors and systems to predict potential issues and trends.
- Manage insurance procurement for assets during operation and maintenance periods.
- Troubleshoot AC and DC electrical panels.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Supervise fieldwork teams during maintenance and inspection activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations of PLTS, battery systems.
- Coordinate with operator teams for preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices in reliability engineering and asset management.
