Kualifikasi Umum
- At least 3–5 years of experience in renewable energy, particularly in Solar PV projects (ground-mounted, rooftop, or hybrid systems)
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, supervision, and project completion
- Proficiency in project management software like MS Project, Primavera, or others
- Expertise in cost estimation, resource management, and project scheduling
- Knowledge of electricity and electronics, including concepts of direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC), grounding, and electrical protection
- Capable of calculating the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and system capacity based on energy requirements
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
