Kualifikasi Umum
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 (ten) years of experience in solar PV electrical system or PLTS Project (IPP or C&I).
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Have strong leadership, management, and motivation skills.
- Have a strong understanding of all type of PLTS design (on-grid, off-grid, hybrid).
- Must be a ble to provide problem solving and make decision with a strategic mindset.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong technical background about electrical equipments such as MV panel, Power Transformer, AC LV distribution board, etc.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Assign task and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clear expectations.
- Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identifying and addressing issues and risk.
- Able to communicate and report project status updates to clients, management, and team members.
- Lead project budget and resources effectively, tracking expenses and optimizing allocation.
- Willing to travel and work at site as required.
