- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Maintenance) project program and coordinate a multi-disciplinary project team
- Oversee project preparation and execution, including contract management and fulfilling requirements such as licenses (SLO, NIDI, PLN), HSSE, and logistics
- Support Business Development by coordinating technical studies, surveys, design optimization, risk identification, and EPC setup
- Identify partners to support EPC and O&M execution
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders—serve as company representative under EPC contract
- Handle risk management, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Monitor cost, timeline, and quality metrics; coordinate acceptance procedures and project handover to customers
- Regular reporting to the CEO and CTO
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Engineering degree (preferably Electrical or Civil) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong intercultural skills and effective communication
- Technical familiarity with renewable energy (solar preferred)
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal)
- Willingness to travel
- Strong networking, leadership, negotiation, and time-management abilities
