- 1-2 years of experience in research and development (R&D) within manufacturing industries, particularly in fertilizers, chemicals, cement, or agricultural plants.
- Strong understanding of formulation development, including feasibility analysis of raw materials, pricing, and market potential.
- Proficiency in cost-benefit analysis for product development.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in public speaking and presenting research findings.
- A genuine passion for sustainability and a keen awareness of sustainable practices.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct thorough laboratory and ground research to explore and optimize biochar applications in areas like soil amendment, concrete/asphalt materials, animal feed, and water filtration.
- Providing regular reports and data-driven recommendations on biochar formulations to the internal team.
- Collaborating with institutional partners to advance research initiatives.
- Conducting comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for biochar product innovation.
- Assisting with product certification documentation.
- The position will be based in Bogor, West Java.
