Kualifikasi :
- At least 5 years of experience in plant electrical engineering and SCADA programming, especially NR-based systems.
- Preferably having 3 years of experience in managing renewable energy projects or advanced automation systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power or Control System) or related field.
- Have strong experience on Solar PV.
- Certification in SCADA or electrical engineering.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Proficient in SCADA software platforms and has hands-on experience with SCADA programming, especially NR-based systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, including high/medium/low-voltage systems.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Solid knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., IEEE, IEC, NFPA).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
- English proficiency.
- Ability to work well within multi-disciplined teams and with third parties.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali Masdar Solar Energi (PMSE) is a joint venture between PT Pembangkitan Jawa-Bali Investasi (PJBI) and Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company (Masdar). PMSE will develop, finance, construct and operate Indonesia’s first and largest floating solar power plant with a capacity of 145 MWac in the Cirata Reservoir, West Java. The expected commercial operation year is 2022.
