Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering•
- 5–8 years of experience in Asset/O&M Management (Renewables, Power, or Industrial)
- Proven leadership and strong coordination skills
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience (inverters, BESS, gensets, etc.)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English
- Willing to be based in Jakarta with frequent site visit.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and schedule on-field manpower and technicians
- Drive professional growth and capability development across the team
- Coordinate reporting, documentation, and technical meetings
- Lead troubleshooting for corrective and preventive maintenance
- Ensure HSE compliance and high execution standards on site
- Develop and refine SOPs and work instructions for operational excellence
- Oversee O&M budgeting and procurement execution
