Kualifikasi Umum :
- Diploma III or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in Fit – Out construction / manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
- Communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective HSE programs on site.
- Understanding ISO 45001 : 2018
- Having AK3 Umum / AK3 Konstruksi
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Implement HSE policies, programs, and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety induction, safety inspections and risk assessments ( HIRADC & JSA), identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions.
- Lead safety training and awareness programs for project personnel.
- Establish and maintain a culture of safety and environmental responsibility on-site.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations and standards.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, develop root cause analyses, and implement corrective measures.
- Prepare and submit weekly & monthly HSE reports.
- Monitor and analyze EHS performance data to drive continuous improvement, Manage emergency response plans and drills.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.
- Prepare and maintain HSE reports, records, and documentation as required.
- Participate in EHS audits and inspections, ensuring timely resolution of findings.
- Willing to be placed in all FABS project
