• Minimum Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or Engineering Physics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, research institution and/or hybrid power plant

• Familiarity in PVSyst and Helioscope for RE Hybrid system and BESS sizing
• Experienced in Managing a team of engineer
• Deep understanding in RE and Hybrid system principles
• Experienced in integration of Hybrid Solar PV, BESS and Diesel Engine Generator
• Master’s degree in relevant RE or Hybrid system field from reputable universities
• Experience in tender preparation, PPA for IPP in RE project development
• Understand the due diligence of financial aspects in RE power plant projects
• RE and Hybrid System Modeling in HOMER, MATLAB
• Have organization experience outside working

• Report directly to the Engineering Manager
• Leading Engineers in Renewable Energy (RE) System for quality assurance
• Renewable Energy and Hybrid System conceptual design and feasibility study
• Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and RE sizing for Microgrid System
• Energy Yield Analysis and LCOE Determination of RE Power Plant
• Support the Business Development team in Proposal Preparation.
