Kualifikasi Umum
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Management from Reputable University;
• Proven track record with over 5 years experience in importation, it will be an advantage for EPC Company. Freight forwarder background will be considered;
• PPJK certified and have excellent knowledge of HS CODE and import restriction documents;
• Excellent knowledge with import declaration using BC 2.0; 1.6; 2.8; 1.2 and 3.0;
• Good knowledge of the Incoterm 2022 and international trade arrangement not limited to the shipping documents and G to G facilities (SKA);
• Good knowledge of prevailing laws, regulations, and permitting requirements as they apply to the import process;
• Good command of English both oral and written;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good on document filing;
• High integrity and openness combined with a commitment to good governance;
• Adequate skills in Microsoft Products, especially Microsoft Excel;
• Willing to travel/mobile as per business needs.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Verify and submit all important documents to get SPPB for import declaration;
- Apply and control the quota of Iron & Steel permit;
- Report all import realization and declaration to the Ministry of Trade;
- Control all necessary permitting and HS Code prior to import arrangement;
- Responsible for the courier service & re-export shipment (few);
- Create a weekly report for importation status & logistics activity.
