Kualifikasi Umum
- Min. Bachelor of Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent
- Proficient in mandarin, can speak English is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations, as well as proven experience in implementing effective HSE management systems
- Must have the certification of General K3 (Ahli K3 Umum) from the Ministry of Manpower
- Experience in mining is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Safety, Health & Environment
- Understanding AK3 Umum, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3
- Proficient using Ms Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Have a good analytical thinking and good decision maker
- Team Player, able to work under pressure and quickly
- Communicative, supple, thorough, and have a strong principle
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Developing, implementing and monitoring health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and programmes to promote a strong safety culture
- Conducting regular site inspections, audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
- Providing training and support to employees on safety practices and procedures
- Investigating incidents, accidents and near-misses, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable health, safety and environmental regulations and industry best practices
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our HSE performance
- Maintaining detailed records and reporting on HSE metrics and performance
- Other task that assigned by leaders
