Kualifikasi Umum
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified as OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) by the Ministry of Manpower.
- Additional certifications such as Work at Height, Basic Fire Fighting, or Basic First Aid are a plus.
- Having experience in the same field is a priority (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
- Knowledge of Solar Power Plant projects is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Willing to travel and work on-site in different locations.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE management systems for Solar PV projects from planning to operations.
- Conduct routine workplace inspections to ensure compliance with OHS standards.
- Identify potential risks, assess hazards, and recommend preventive measures.
- Coordinate with contractors and project teams to maintain HSE compliance.
- Prepare and manage HSE reports to ensure effective documentation.
- Ensure all HSE documents and practices comply with legal requirements and company standards.
- Deliver training and promote awareness of OHS and environmental standards to workers.
