Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE/K3) or Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Safety Personnel or HSE Officer in power plant, petrochemical, oil and gas, mining, or construction projects.
- Certified in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) with valid certification (AK3 Umum and/or AK3 Migas).
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in implementing HSE Management Systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001) and CSMS documentation.
- Proactive.
- Proven ability to conduct HIRA, JSA, and hazard assessments with effective risk control recommendations.
- Experience in delivering HSE trainings, inductions, and toolbox meetings.
- Good understanding of Safe Work Practices and their application in the field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets).
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver training to project personnel.
- Physically fit and willing to work in both office and site environments, independently and as part of a team.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and project requirements.
- Identify workplace hazards and conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA), including recommending appropriate risk control measures.
- Ensure the effective implementation of HSE Management Systems, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001, as well as CSMS requirements for oil and gas projects.
- Conduct routine site inspections, HSE audits, and monitoring activities to ensure adherence to Safe Work Practices and HSE procedures.
- Facilitate and deliver HSE training, inductions, and toolbox meetings to project personnel and contractors.
- Prepare, maintain, and submit accurate HSE documentation, reports, and records in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to support HSE implementation in both office and field environments.
