- Certified in ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and OHSAS/ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) is highly valued.
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory compliance and reporting related to environmental and occupational safety standards.
- Valid HSE certification (e.g., AK3 Umum, K3 Construction, or equivalent national/international credentials).
- Proficient in preparing HSE documentation, including HIRA, HSE Plan, and Emergency Response Procedures.
- Strong communication skills to provide training, toolbox talks, and safety briefings to technicians and subcontractors.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work in outdoor, construction-oriented environments.
