Kualifikasi Umum
• Bachelor’s in human resources management or relevant field
• Minimum of 1 year above experience
• Prior Experience as an HR Recruiter at outsourcing, head hunter, manpower supplier company, and similar
• Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management, etc.)
• Sound knowledge of all labor regulations
• Fluent in English & Mandarin (Speaking, Writing, Reading, and Listening)
• Computer literate in Ms. Office (excellent in Ms. Words & Ms. Excel), Powerpoint, Internet)
• Able to work in a team as well as individually
• Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Assist in making sure recruitment service level can support business (Planning, sourcing, profiling, and placement)
• Responsible for staff recruiting and selection process in order to fulfill manpower needs of each department in a timely basis with highly qualified employees (starting from creating job advertisements, shortlisting potential candidates, inviting candidates, giving competency tests and interviewing candidates, continue to make offering letter until hiring)
• Make the recruitment activities and improve recruitment strategy and System Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview, select and evaluate applicants.
• Carry out coaching, training, and activities related to the development of mental potential, skills, and knowledge of employees which is in accordance with company standards
• Conduct disciplinary action on employees who violate company regulations or policies
