- Proven leadership in solar EPC engineering (BESS exposure is a plus) with evidence of portfolio delivery
- Strong command of technical due diligence, constructability, grid compliance, and quality systems
- Ability to create systems, develop talent, and drive measurable improvements (cost, quality, speed, reliability)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Engineering governance and standards: design templates, BoQ/spec library, review gates, and vendor technical evaluation.
- Team build-out and capability development across PV design, grid/BESS integration, and QA/QC engineering.
- Close partnership with BD and Delivery to produce bankable proposals and right-first-time execution.
