Kualifikasi Umum :
- Must come from the roofing industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in civil engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully managing civil engineering projects from concept to completion, with demonstrated expertise in design, construction, and project management.
- Strong technical proficiency in civil engineering principles, practices, and software tools, with the ability to review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability in engineering practices and project delivery.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Lead and manage a team of civil engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure professional development and high performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives for the civil engineering department in alignment with the company’s overall vision and objectives.
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, including site development, infrastructure, and construction, from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments to evaluate project viability and identify potential challenges or constraints.
- Review and approve engineering designs, specifications, and construction drawings to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues or deviations from plans, and implement corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
