• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in a related field
• 3 years of work experience in a related field preferred
• Manage a team of 50 people or above
• Must have written and spoken English or Mandarin (preferred)
• Attention to detail and good communication skills, trustworthy and adaptable
• Creative, independent, hardworking, passionate and result-oriented
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
• Flexible, highly committed, and result oriented

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Identify and research opportunities in new and existing markets
• Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
• Attract new clients and oversee the sales process for the business
• Work with senior team members to identify and manage company risk
• Deliver sales volume to meet targeted sales objectives
• Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
• Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate promotional marketing campaigns (including events, advertising, social media marketing, etc)
• Conduct market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
• Monitor competitor movement by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, advertising, and maintaining research databases
