- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in battery storage systems, with a proven track record in engineering leadership roles.
- Recognized expert in the energy storage industry—published, invited speaker, or with active presence in key associations/networks.
- Deep understanding of battery system integration, energy management systems (EMS), and hybrid power systems.
- Strong understanding of economics, business case development, and system ROI modeling.
- Experience working across diverse geographies and customer profiles, especially in developing/emerging markets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to engage both technical and C-level audiences.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Battery Solution Design & Engineering Leadership
- Lead technical strategy and system design across all battery applications: commercial & industrial (C&I) and utility-scale.
- Translate customer requirements into robust, scalable, and cost-effective energy storage solutions using Li-ion, LFP, sodium-ion, or emerging battery chemistries.
- Ensure all solutions meet technical standards, safety regulations, performance expectations, and commercial viability.
Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership - Act as the company’s technical face in the battery and energy storage ecosystem—speaking at forums, engaging with key stakeholders, and shaping industry direction.
- Maintain a strong network with battery manufacturers, integrators, consultants, and financiers.
- Continuously scout new technologies and contribute to future roadmap planning.
Business Enablement & Commercial Support - Collaborate with sales, business development, and project teams to craft tailored technical proposals and pitch-winning solution narratives.
- Participate in client meetings as a trusted expert to build credibility and secure high-value deals.
- Support techno-commercial feasibility studies, product selection, and lifecycle costing.
Emerging Market Strategy & Customization - Lead solution development that addresses the unique grid, policy, and customer needs in Southeast Asia.
- Address challenges such as intermittent grid access, off-grid systems, hybrid PV+BESS design, and flexible load management.
Team Development & Knowledge Management - Build and mentor a team of battery engineers and solution architects.
- Develop internal best practices, design templates, and training materials for scalable project delivery.
