Kualifikasi Umum:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HSE roles, preferably in the construction of energy or power project.
- Certified in General occupational health and safety
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and influence a positive safety culture.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Develop, implement, and update comprehensive health, safety, and environmental programs for the solar power plant.
- Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and assess the level of risk.
- Implement measures to mitigate identified risks and promote a culture of proactive safety awareness.
- Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes.
- Develop corrective and preventive action plans to avoid recurrence.
- Conduct HSE training sessions for plant personnel on safety procedures, emergency response, and environmental practices.
- Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Interface with regulatory agencies and participate in audits as required.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
- Ensure the availability and functionality of emergency response equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities, incidents, and training sessions.
- Prepare regular reports on HSE performance for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate HSE practices into daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
