- Bachelor Degree in Fishery are preferable, any major is welcome
- Min 1 years’ experience in project management & implementation, Fresh Graduate is welcome
- Self-driven & self-starter, able to work individually and/or with team
- Willing to travel
- Assertive and persuasive communication

- Maintain production input daily production spreadsheet of Aruna Zero Waste Hub
- Manage administration and transaction of zero waste account
- Manage and Find new supply of waste to fulfil monthly Production
- Manage and monitoring daily woker (This position is like Local Hero in Operation Divission and Implementator staff in Apartemen Rajungan) Maintain the quality product of Aruna Zero Waste Hub Support all activities about waste management
