Training Manager

Kualifikasi Umum

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field: Master’s degree and automotive background preferred
  • Proven experience as a Training Manager in the automotive industry, preferably in electric vehicles
  • Strong background in sales training, with expertise in branding and product knowledge training
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of trainers and coordinators
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training program effectiveness
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving industry

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Develop, implement, and oversee sales and after-sales training programs to ensure the highest level of expertise among team members
  • Design and deliver training courses related to branding, car product features, and effective sales techniques
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, making continuous improvements
  • Stay updated on industry trends, EV technology, and market developments to incorporate into training
  • Manage a team of trainers and coordinators, providing guidance and support
