Kualifikasi Umum:
- Educational Background: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Experience: Extensive project management experience in solar PV projects exceeding 1 Mwp.
- Budgeting Skills: Proficient in project budgeting, with a focus on material and quantity analysis (BoM, BoQ).
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial & industrial roof structures.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Bahasa (speaking and writing), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Software Proficiency: Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup, PVsyst and ETAP.
- Project Management Skills: Excellent proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project.
- Collaborative Spirit: A team player who can work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Electrical Knowledge: Perfect understanding of electrical power.
- Flexibility: Willingness to be assigned to project sites.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- As a Solar PV Project Manager at Inecosolar, you will be a pivotal team member, actively contributing to our mission of promoting solar energy in Indonesia.
- Your responsibilities will include overseeing Solar PV Projects from early stage till commissioning, managing project budgets and schedules, and leading a collaborative team that includes outsourced resources.
- You’ll be instrumental in delivering project updates through various tools like Ms. Project, Visio and other internal applications. You will also be required to create essential electrical designs using AutoCAD/Sketchup/PVsyst, and troubleshooting any design or construction issues during the construction stage.
