- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Renewable Energy or equivalent
- Experience in Solar PV Power Plant projects
- Strong project coordination skills for Solar Power Projects
- Able to generate work method, report, and on site directions
- Able to use Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Have good leadership, teamwork, and decision-making ability and strive for excellence, hard work & proactive
- Ensure workers use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and comply with work safety regulations with a Zero Accident target
