Kualifikasi Umum :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Familiarity with renewable energy, solar industry standards and regulations
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details
- Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Assist the Project Manager in managing work on the site in accordance with specifications, methods, systems and implementation stages
- Ensuring the Project performance (Quality, Time, Cost & HSSE)
- Verify daily and weekly reports from contractors
- Coordinate all stakeholders involved in the site
- Able to ensure the mechanical, electrical and civil work of the solar PV power plant according to standards
