• S1 – Bachelor Degree in Law
• 2-3 years working experience in similar industry (energy)
• Having knowledge of all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and corporate governance & compliance
• Having knowledge in merger and acquisitions, litigation and investment case
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Bold & agile
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Provide legal assistance in a variety of assigned legal projects in order to prepares and/or reviews contracts, letters of agreement, and other documents to ensure legal compliance
• Assist legal team in day-to-day operation contracts and assignments
• Provide internal advisory services to the susidiaries, affiliates, offshore companies
• Provide legal advice and counsel to ensure that their current or proposed activities, policies, business practices, and transactions comply with all relevant laws and regulations
• Research, analyze and interpret case law, court reports, and proposed and existing laws and regulations to prepare technical reports on how they impact the organization’s operations
• Review and approve public statements from a legal standpoint to identify, anticipate and mitigate legal risks
• Assist corporate secretary in General Meeting of Shareholders , Annual Report, and record management activities
