Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, energy, renewable energy-related or environmental economics.
- Proven, progressive experience of at least 5 years with significant experience in renewable energy.
- Experience in government regulations related to renewable energy, preferably in RUED, Ministerial/Presidential level regulations (PERMEN, PERPRES), RPJMN, and/or RPJP.
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy project development, policy design and regulations (e.g., solar photovoltaic, biogas power plant, bio-CNG power plant, micro/mini-hydro power plant, and/or hydrogen).
- Experience in renewable energy projects funded by international donor, local government, and/or private companies will be an asset.
- Familiarity with energy sector analysis, energy planning, policy development, and financing with a particular focus on renewable energy.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support the RE-ACT Project Manager in the development and implementation of the RE-ACT project.
- Adopt and apply technical knowledge to deliver a portfolio of analytical services focused on a coherent evidence-based policy and regulatory reform process to accelerate investments in renewable energy, rural electrification, adoption of competitive renewable energy funding, and de-risking instruments.
- Provide technical advice to GoI to inform the National Medium and Long Term Development Plan (RPJMN, RPJP), provincial energy plans (RUED), and relevant derivative regulations to accelerate investments in renewable energy and to reduce GHG emissions from the energy sector.
- Prepare internal and external project reports.
- Support the Project Manager to carry out administrative and operational tasks of the RE-ACT project.
