- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; with a background in engineering preferred.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related role within the renewable energy sector.
- Expertise in sales of HVAC and/or electrical equipment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and motivating a sales team.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Maximum age for this position is 38 years.
- Preferred: Already living in Bali.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to expand the company’s market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies and product offerings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure alignment and success in meeting business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
