Kualifikasi Umum:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical / Power / Physics, from reputable University.
- Minimum 5 years working experience with strong background in Project Management and Consulting.
- Proficient in Ms Project and Excel for project management application.
- Excellent communication skill in verbal and writing in the form of presentation slides, reports, letters, and negotiation / clarification sessions.
- Leadership track record in professional career and extracurricular activity.
- Agile, assertive, focused, result-oriented.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Responsible for Project Management aspects in all Syntek/Synkrona Consulting Line of Business : Electrical Design, Power System Study, Financial Analysis, Management Consulting, etc., for every kinds of Power Plants
- Lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out assigned projects.
- Accountable for entire project scope, resource, budget, timeline, and the success or failure of the project.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder of the project.
- Responsible in project management excellence and continuous improvement.
