Kualifikasi :
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields. OR Diploma (D3/D4) in a relevant technical field with extensive experience in Solar PV projects.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Solar PV (Photovoltaic) projects is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in the design and installation of Solar PV systems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee the end-to-end execution of Solar PV projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of Solar PV projects.
- Oversee system design, installation, and commissioning to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure project success.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team during project implementation.
