Kualifikasi
- Strong communication skills
- Expertise in project planning and coordination
- Knowledge of renewable energy and solar systems
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in designing and installing solar photovoltaic systems
- Strong knowledge of solar design software and tools such as HELIOSCOPE, PVSYST, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and manage project timelines and budgets
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia both written and spoken
