Kualifikasi
- Bachelor/Master degree in Civil Engineering/ Mining Engineering
- Excellent command of English (TOEFL: 90, IELTS: 6.5)
- A minimum of 7 years experience in an engineering consultancy company, EPC contractor, or power plant developer
- Able to operate/design using AutoCAD, Microsoft Project/Primavera, and civil/geotechnical engineering design (Civil3D, ArcGIS, PLAXIS 2D/3D, Surpac, Slide, Slope/W, Global Mapper, etc)
- Able and willing to travel on site
- Previous experience in the biogas or wastewater treatment sector would be a plus, but not required
- Have strong communication and negotiation skill to foster good relationships among all stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a virtual team
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Engineering Design Development & Procurement
- Assist in desk study and site survey on potential projects
- Review the processing of raw data collected from potential food factories to get the initial digester and biogas processing plant design
- Involved and conduct prefeasibility study and feasibility study
- Collaborate with our international experts to develop concept & basic design
- Conduct geotechnical, foundation & slope stability analysis and design for digester and biogas processing plant. Candidate at least have he ability to design & asses for foundation, excavation & embankment (cut & fill), soil reinforcement, clay liners, and geosynthetics for waste containment.
- Develop or review Detailed Engineering Design (DED) work mainly for civil design, including work and material BOQ and identification of interactions and interfaces matrix among the work packages.
- Determines project specifications and conducting the tender/procurement process of equipment, instrumentation and subcontractors
- Carried out project plan development: budget, tools & equipment, schedule, people/resources
2. Technical Assistance in Construction and Operation
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager on site, subcontractors, and vendors to run the project plan.
- Technical and administrative support to contractors and project manager on site.
- Maintains project schedule and budget by monitoring progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems
- Conduct and assist on project progress reporting to stakeholder, host, and investor.
- Involved in monitoring contract management by all contractors and vendors
- Conduct regular site visits to project sites
- Monitor compliance to approved design, codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specification
