Kualifikasi :
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or Industrial Management.
- 2-4 years of experience in the same position in a Solar Business Company.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Organize, maintain, and archive project documentation files (e.g., plans, schedules, reports).
- Facilitate communication between project team members and external stakeholders.
- Track project resources, including materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist in procurement or replenishment of supplies when needed.
- Perform and follow up invoices and monitoring payment progress.
- Assist the project team with ad hoc administrative tasks and issue tracking.
