Kualifikasi Umum
• Existing network of relationships and contacts relevant to Indonesia’s clean energy sector
• Proven experience in startup development programs/business incubator and accelerator space
• Knowledge of the clean energy sector, including knowledge in off-grid energy access
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent sense of teamwork and work ethics for collaboration, with a desire to grow and learn. A can-do attitude is important
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity, organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Independent, entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and adept in remote teamwork settings involving collaboration in multi-cultural environments at different locations and time zones
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role(s) with exposure to the clean energy sector
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Program Development & Management
• Identify promising clean energy startups
• Develop and execute capacity-building and support programs for clean energy startups in New Energy Nexus Indonesia’s portfolio
• Develop and execute meet-ups, workshops, boot camps, and hackathons for clean energy startups
• Develop and execute innovative programs with partners to support early-stage companies in clean energy sectors
• Partnership Activities
• Connect with potential partners and stakeholders whose mission aligns with New Energy Nexus for program outreach, promotion, and support
• Represent Nexus Indonesia at industry events and meetings with stakeholders
• Others
• Work with other team members to generate new ideas and strategies
• Provide support on other ad-hoc matters as required and as appropriate
