Kualifikasi Umum:
- Master degree or above in the field of sustainable energy, or any other field related to the project CASE;
- at least 2 (two) years o f experience in/with a nd providing assistance to government, non-energy stakeholders and/or regional/international implementing organizations in the field of power sector or renewable energy;
- good interpersonal skills and ability to liaise and communicate effectively with governments and other stakeholders;
- excellent written and oral knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia and English, including the ability to write a report/technical/briefing/policy paper;
- strong organizational competence with good communication and coordination skills;
- ability to work in an intercultural environment;
- willingness to travel (abroad) when required.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Support Program Manager in carrying out project activities including managing events, writing event report, developing project concept, reporting, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Propose and plan strategic measures/activities to achieve the organization outcome in the power sector, in response to/considering the recent development and organization’s internal strategy.
- Facilitate contacts, manage relationships, and uphold information flow with the key stakeholders (MEMR, PLN, associations etc.) as well as conduct stakeholder engagement activities.
- Coordinate with relevant IESR colleagues to distribute works to complete the project milestones within time.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the activities plan and resulting outcome, prepare regular report to the Program Manager, and execute relevant countermeasures as needed.
- Assist consultants and other experts and perform additional duties at the request of the Program Manager

Institute for Essential Services Reform (IESR), a think tank in energy and environment, aims to transform Indonesia’s energy sector to reach net-zero emissions by 2050. The Power System Analyst will be responsible in compiling necessary data, conduct modelling or analysis for a power system with high-renewable integration, and writing policy brief or research reports that are relevant to the challenges of rapidly transforming Indonesia’s power system to net zero. The results of the analyst works will be communicated to relevant stakeholders as part of the IESR’s advocacy for the energy transition in Indonesia
