- Minimum S1 Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably having knowledge of Solar Power Plant
- Good communication in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill

- Plan and schedule routine and non-routine maintenance activities based on operational needs
- Record all maintenance and service activities, including time, costs, and resources used
- Propose initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance activities
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and management teams to ensure smooth operations
