Kualifikasi Umum
• Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, biology, chemistry, chemical engineering, civil engineering, social science, electrical engineering or other relevant sectors.
• Minimum 3-4 years full time practical workplace experience in the relevant industries/services preferably in environmental services, manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, forestry, and engineering.
• Experience in Sustainability and GHG reporting, for example the GRI Standards, GHG Protocol, SASB, CDP, DJSI, TCFD, SDGs and IIRC Framework.
• Have a good knowledge of the relevant standards such as ISO 14064-1. Knowing ISO 14064-2, ISO 14064-3, ISO 14065, ISO 14001, and ISO 14067 are plus points.
• Good understanding in legal, regulatory, and other requirements related to sustainability in Indonesia.
• Technical knowledge of environmental impacts and emissions including climate change and GHG.
• A broad interest in sustainability and societal challenges with an understanding of sustainability (business) issues (e.g., governance, environment, health and safety, human rights, supply chain management and community relations).
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Responsible for developing Sustainability Report, Decarbonization Roadmap, GHG Accounting Analysis, as well as Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Goals & Targets Setting for clients
• Collaborate with clients to assess their current ESG practices and develop the appropriate ESG strategies to enhance client’s sustainability performance
• Conduct thorough ESG assessments, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations
• Assist clients in developing ESG reporting frameworks and aligning with international standards such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD
• Stay up-to-date with evolving ESG regulations, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed insights to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on sustainability matters
