Sales Agent – Commercial

Kualifikasi Umum

• Full-time role
• Minimum degree qualifications, preferably from a reputable university
• At least 5-7 years of full-time sales or business development experience, preferably in relevant industries
• Educational background from engineering preferred
• Established network of connections to drive lead generation and new partnerships (e.g., property developers, business owners)
• Skilled in managing multi-level stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, preferably fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
• Able to travel at least 50% of the week or more

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Engage clients through inbound and outbound channels to actively drive sales conversions and maximize client
• Drive lead generation through tapping on strong network of contacts across industries
• Develop and deliver tender applications and sales proposals to prospects, liaising with all necessary stakeholders
• Oversee all project-related tasks requisite for sales, including document preparation and on-site client visits
• Maintain strong understanding of SUNterra’s solutions and federal/local legal requirements for the rooftop solar industry, advising clients as needed
• Drive business improvements based on customer data or feedback, analysis of competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc
• Coordinate with other business functions (operations, finance) as necessary
