• Sustainability and Climate Technology: Possess a solid understanding of sustainability principles, climate technology, and their application in business operations

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Venture Building: Collaborate with the founding team to refine the business plan, set goals, and define strategies for the essential oil planting and processing company. Develop a comprehensive roadmap to guide the venture from inception to implementation
• Project Management: Lead and coordinate all aspects of the project’s lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk assessment, and monitoring progress. Ensure all milestones and deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner
• Sustainability and Climate Tech: Integrate sustainable practices and climate technology solutions into the essential oil plantation and processing operations. Identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact and promote eco-friendly practices throughout the value chain
• Entrepreneurship Spirit: Foster a culture of entrepreneurship within the team, encouraging creative thinking, innovation, and adaptability. Take calculated risks and explore novel approaches to enhance the company’s growth and market position
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, government authorities, vendors, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure smooth project execution. Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, challenges, and successes
• Quality Control: Establish and implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that all essential oil products meet the highest standards and customer expectations
• Financial Management: Work closely with the finance team to develop budgets, track expenses, and optimize financial resources for the venture.
