• Maximum 30 years old
• Hold bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Familiar with Google Calendar, Google Meet and Google Drive
• Proficient in Ms. Office
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Willing to work and travel during weekend

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Arrange Director’s schedules
• Manage correspondences
• Organize meetings and appointments and create minutes of meetings
• Prepare business trip arrangements (booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation)
• Create business expense reports of Director
• Manage other personal and business matters of Directors
