Kualifikasi Umum
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering preferred in Industrial/Chemical/Process Engineering related
• Minimum five (5) years of project development experience in Owner, Engineering consultancy, EPC or similar preferred
• Extensive knowledge of technical solutions and ability to demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in the use of the latest or industry-standard design & engineering design for green chemicals, green energy or petrochemical technologies
• Excellent leadership skills in guiding project development planning & management
• Capabilities in building good network/engagement with partners including managing technology partnership/engineering consultants
• Strong communications skills with the ability to communicate strategy to fellow engineers and to management
