Kualifikasi Umum
• Bachelor’s Degree in energy management, energy economics, engineering, industrial technology, transportation, or any other related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience in energy field, has knowledge and experience in energy transition topic is a plus.
• Legally able to work in Indonesia
• Able to travel to other provinces/cities in Indonesia.
• Studies, interest or experience working on energy, environment, and power sector issues is preferred
• Proven extensive experience in statistical analysis and energy modelling.
• Experience in scientific writing with history in publishing international peer-reviewed journal
• Highly organized and systematic with strong time management skills and ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment and cross sectoral themes.
• Highly motivated, strong can-do attitude, proactive work style and excellent organizational skills and work-ethic.
• Problem solver who is willing to develop and share ideas internally and externally.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The energy analyst for just transition will support WRI Indonesia energy team and just transition project team with excellent research, analysis, project management, and engagement on energy and just transition issues at national and sub-national level. He/She is expected to produce high quality research products that are designed to provide information needed by targeted audiences, and support program management and development. This position will be based in Jakarta with flexible travel requirement, report directly to the Climate Manager while working closely and collaboratively with the just transition project team and the rest of the team within the Climate-Energy-Cities-Ocean deputyship in WRI Indonesia.
